Weekly Lessons

Every week, you will receive video lessons with vocal techniques, exercises and strategies to improve your voice and vocal habits. You will learn: #1 Techniques for immediate release of tension from your body, neck and voice. #2 Techniques to build a healthy voice that do NOT invite tension. #3 Techniques to project your voice without taxing your vocal folds so that you can be heard in noisy environments and groups of people.

Weekly Coaching

Every week, there are 2 group coaching calls with Katarina. You are welcome to attend one, both or none, depending on your needs and availability. During these coaching calls, you will get individualized feedback, tweak your vocal technique to fit your specific needs and have your vocal questions answered. This is also a time where members meet each other, they support each other and observe or listen to what others are going through.

Pain and Discomfort Strategies

In addition to all the vocal techniques, you will learn how to deal with pain, discomfort and sensations from your throat. This is a crucial part of the program, which makes this coaching program absolutely UNIQUE. You will learn about pain and discomfort, their triggers, about your thoughts and emotions and their effect on voice and vocal tension. You will learn various exercises that will help you decrease perception of pain and discomfort.

Welcoming Community

This program has a safe and welcoming community of like-minded people, who receive and give support to each other, or share experiences from their vocal journey. We meet during weekly coaching calls or seasonal social gatherings to just have fun and share experiences. This part of the program is very important for many people so that they don’t feel alone with their vocal problem. I am very proud of this community.
