Who Is This Program For?
Is This Program Right For Me?
Is This a Therapy Program?
Is This a Coaching Program?
This Is What You'll Get When You Join:

  Clear Guidance and Understanding
You'll get immediate access to video lessons, written posts, and audio files inside a training portal that explain why you feel pain when speaking and what to do about it. You’ll learn how pain really works, why your brain interprets sensations as pain, how to move away from fear and frustration, and move toward speaking with more ease—giving you both knowledge and practical steps to reduce vocal pain.

  Practical Tools and Assignments
The program gives you step-by-step exercises, handouts, and guided practices designed to help you put theory into action. Instead of just learning about pain, you’ll actively teach your brain new patterns by doing simple but effective techniques, strategies, reflections, and corrective experiences. The goal of this program is simple: to give you practical tools to break the cycle of pain and reclaim your voice.

Bonuses to Support Your Voice Journey
You will also receive bonus modules, including breathing exercises to release tension and calm the nervous system, straw phonation exercises to rebalance your vocal mechanism, and a workshop recording on manual tension release—a practical guide for reducing muscle tightness with your own hands. These bonuses give you extra tools to quiet the stress response, release overworked muscles and experience vocal ease.Â

PRICING
Hi! I am Katarina, your guide.
I worked as a speech-language pathologist for 20+ years. I am a vocal health educator and voice optimizer, working with a very diverse group of people, including speakers and singers of all ages.
Right now, I’m not able to take on individual coaching clients, but I wanted to make my work accessible in another way. That’s why I created this unique program—there are no other courses like it focused specifically on vocal pain. For many people, it can be a powerful starting point, and for others, the answer they’ve been searching for. With this self-study format, you can access the same principles and strategies I use with my coaching clients, but at your own pace, from wherever you are.

"Katarina, I wanted to take a moment to give you an enormous THANK YOU for creating your seminar!!!! I've gotta tell you - after watching the seminar a couple weeks ago, it completely shifted my mindset and I have had 90% of my pain VANISH!! Within just a couple of DAYS the pain was already going away! I cannot thank you enough for creating this seminar, AND your entire program!! For the first time in almost TWO YEARS I can now speak without pain MUCH of the time and I am FINALLY back singing, working toward my dream career!! You are an absolute lifesaver and a gem of a human being!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!"

"I just wanted to let you know that this morning I tried exercises and it was very hard/uncomfortable & resulted in burning and pain. After the workshop today, I thought more rationally about the pain and how it’s just my brain's way of processing muscle overuse but it’s nothing “damaging” and tonight when I tried the same exercise, I was able to do it a bit easier and it didn’t result in pain of any kind! I think talking about this stuff is maybe more important than I thought, so thank you."

"Katarina's program has changed my life, and I am writing this in hopes that others can benefit as I have done. I struggled with MDT for years, despite working with a good local voice therapist and doing lots of drills and other work. It was frustrating, and I worried about my voice every day. After working with Katarina, I am largely symptom-free, I speak and sing with much more ease and resonance and--equally important--I don't worry about my voice. When I do have occasional vocal strain, I have confidence that I can easily identify and address the issue. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a kind, careful, dedicated, skillful teacher."
